The Skills Airlines Test
Before They Hire You.
Communication Skills & ADAPT Testing
Airlines don’t just hire pilots who can fly. They hire pilots who can communicate, process information under pressure, and demonstrate the psychological and cognitive profile their safety standards demand.
DGCA mandates psychometric assessment as part of its medical circular for pilot licensing. OCFC GAA’s Communication and ADAPT programs are built to prepare you — practically and strategically — for these assessments.
ADAPT (Assessment of Pilots’ Abilities and Traits) evaluates cognitive aptitude, decision-making, and multi-tasking ability. The better prepared you are, the more accurately it reflects your true potential.

Ground School Done. What's Next?
Aviation English proficiency is tested globally. It’s a specialized communication standard tested by DGCA, FAA, and EASA — and assessed by every international airline during hiring.
OCFC GAA’s Aviation English program trains you in the exact vocabulary, phraseology, and communication patterns used between pilots and ATC — for both routine operations and non-routine situations where clarity isn’t optional.
