OCFC India GAA Special

Train. Instruct. Earn.

The first learn and earn program of its kind in the world. An OCFC GAA exclusive.

What Is Module VIII?

Module VIII is OCFC GAA’s exclusive Learn and Earn Program — a structured, end-to-end pathway that takes you from your first day of Ground School all the way to a funded Type Rating on an Airbus A320 or Boeing 737 Type-D simulator, with earning opportunity built in along the way.

First of its kind globally: train as a pilot, get a licence, and earn an income globally.

The Six Steps

Step 1

Ground School in India

(Module I)

Start with six months of Ground School at OCFC GAA in India. DGCA, FAA, and EASA syllabus. The foundation of everything that follows.

Step 2

Flight School (Module II or Module III)

Complete your PPL, CPL, and Multi-Engine Rating. Choose from Module II-A (USA Standard Track), Module II-B (USA Fast-Track), or Module III (Hybrid India + USA).

Step 3

CFI + CFII (Module V)

Earn your Certified Flight Instructor and Instrument rating at OCFC, USA. Three to five months.

Step 4

FAA to DGCA License Conversion (Module IV)

Convert your FAA license to DGCA. Can be completed before or after Step 3 depending on your timeline. OCFC GAA guides you through every step.

Step 5

Accumulate 1,500 Hours as a Flight Instructor

After completing Step 4, you are eligible to be employed as a Flight Instructor at OCFC GAA and earn while you build hours.

Up to $20 per hour or equivalent — for every hour you instruct, totalling to up to $30,000 or equivalent.

1,500 flight instructor hours is also the milestone that qualifies you for ATP eligibility under FAA regulations.

Step 6

Choose Your Path

Once you have completed 1,500 hours and accumulated up to $30,000 or equivalent, you have three options.

Why Module VIII Exists

Most pilots graduate with a CPL and a loan. They spend years instructing for nothing, waiting for hours to accumulate, hoping an airline notices.

Module VIII turns that waiting period into a paid career stage. You build hours. You reimburse money. You come out the other side with a Type Rating, an ATP, and a DGCA license — funded by the work you already did.

This is the only program in the world structured this way. And it’s only available through OCFC GAA.
